Brendon Grabowski started playing guitar at the age of 4, and was self-taught until the age of 17, when he began studying at the studios of Castellani-Andriaccio, with Matthew Sperber.  After accepting a full scholarship to The Crane School of Music, in Potsdam New York, he began his undergraduate study with Dr. Douglas Rubio.  During his years in Potsdam, he placed in several competitions and won top prizes.  Aside from competing and attending classes, Brendon taught classical guitar privately for two years.  Upon graduation, Brendon moved to Austin, Texas to begin studying with Adam Holzman in the Masters of Music program at The University of Texas at Austin.  Brendon currently plays a guitar by Kenny Hill, which was awarded to him on scholarship for 4 years at The Crane School of Music, and purchased after graduation. Brendon’s passions include reading, performing and teaching..
